During our winter season in Cape Town is when we recieve most of our rain so I've always associated it with winter and for some reason I found solace in the rain.
Most of my inspiration came from the cold, rainy winter months of June, July and August, and while making this song it made me reflect on the importance of weathering the storm, leanring to embrace the rough waters and allowing ourselves to spend some time In The Rain.
