In 2013 Youngsta was approached by Redbull to create a track for an iPhone5 video shoot. To complete the mission he would need a beat to write to, so he hit up Metalloid Lab Production's producer and sound engineer, Arsenic, who proceeded to hook him up with a killer production.


From a very young age, both artists consumed Hip Hop as if it were life itself until it in fact became just that. Youngsta's track title “Flowing Through My DNA” is a clear reflection of his connection with Hip Hop, but it is also a heavy reference to the collaborative album that he and Arsenic had just released, called Deurie Naai Alliance or D.N.A. Though they are from different generations, the two have a great musical synergy when working together and this track proves once again that something special happens when you give Youngsta a boom bap beat to write to.
